Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled becasue your space is being guaranteed  on the tour. Our tours often sell out. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no shows, or late arrivals. In order to experience and enjoy your Naperville Food Tour, it is vital that you show up at the right location on time! The tour departs promptly.

Naperville Food Tours does not offer discounted tickets for children and seniors. If you are bringing a child that is 2 years of age or younger, and the child will not be eating during the tour, you do not need to purchase a ticket for him/her. If your child is 3 years of age or older, you will need to purchase a ticket for him/her, regardless of whether the child will be participating in the tastings.

Children are welcome on Naperville Food Tours, but please bear in mind that some children have a limited attention span and a 3-31/2 hour tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents know their children best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing, walking, and street congestion, please consider this when deciding whether a Naperville Food Tour is appropriate for your child.

Yes, we will be served tea and hot chocolate. Feel free to bring a water bottle

Most stops are wheelchair accessible, however a few do have steps. The guide can bring the food tasting to the participant(s) unable to enter along with the tasting information in front of the store.

Naperville Food Tours are held in rain, snow or sunshine. You should dress appropriately for the day’s weather conditions and bring an umbrella if necessary. Remember the food doesn’t change because of the weather. Ponchos will be provided in case of sudden weather change, or if you forget to bring an umbrella.

Due to the time commitments with the food shops, we ask that you please wait to shop until after the tour, so we can stay on our food tasting schedule and continue with the narrated tour and food tastings in a timely manner. Plan to allow time at the end of the tour to return to your favorite locations and or/stores

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available. Specific parking details are included in the meeting location directions after purchasing your tickets.

No. Naperville Food Tours do not finish at the same location as the meeting point.

However, we have detailed instructions that are provided after ticket purchase with the starting and ending point’s locations. All participants receive a map with return directions included at the beginning of the tour. Return trips can be accomplished by walking or taking a local taxi.

It is a short walk back to the meeting place.
